Intensives

Join Casey as she skillfully and compassionately takes you on a deep dive (2.5 hours) into one or more of the following topics: 

Get in Love or Leave: 

Ambivalence is bad for our health, focus, and sex life. Jumping into a "bad" relationship to do the mindful work to "fix" it or gettting all out is the path for less suffering and way more delight in life and love.

The Plan:

30 minutes for each person to debrief and get back into the now with a clear focus. (This is typically an hour in total. Additional 30 minute slots can be added for polyamorous and alternate relationship configurations.)

1.5 hours together to refocus and gain mindful awareness of the challenges and potential strategies for overcoming the BS, resentment, and miscommunications that happen when we are not in the now. 

****This is not therapy. It is about learning to experience our feelings and flowing with them in the now adapting to our feelings, needs and wants. 

Beginner Tantra:

2.5 hour introduction to the art of Sacred Intimacy

Tantra or sacred sexuality has so much mysticism and hype around it. What if we can practice it outside the temples, in our own bedrooms (on our couches) and sacred zones? This is a beginner friendly intensive: part learning, part experience, part surrender that will soften your fear, heart open and expand your sexuality. No need to have a partner(s), but they are welcome! Topics will include: the chakra system, tantra for one, clothed partner exercise, and a yoga/breathing exercise.  

Casey can skillfully hold space for sexual, gender, and partnership identities.

Trauma informed space. ****This is not therapy. It is about learning to be in the now with ourselves, our wants and our needs.

Please remember that honouring yourself and others in this playfully intimate experience to the best of your capacities is all that is expected as all exercises are voluntary.  And one is encouraged to go only as fast as the slowest part of their body.

Sex, Chocolate & Personal Growth:

Sex, chocolate and personal growth (not necessarily in that order!) For grown ups who want grown up joy. Are you desiring deeper connections? More pleasure? Delightful orgasms? Do you ever wish your desire for chocolate could help your sex life? I am excited to say it can. Part learning, part experience, part surrender--this workshop is sure to make your mouth water, heart open and sexuality expand.

Casey combines over 20 years of experience working personally and professionally in mind/body/spirit healing and wellness. She will use stories and examples from life: parenting high needs kids, break ups, resiliency, and injury combined with her background in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Reiki and Yoga to facilitate this interactive Intensive.

Part learning, part experience, part self reflection--this session is sure to strengthen your courage to feel your feelings in life, love and struggle.
